When purchasing a portion of land, players will become landowners in the metaverse. While having other benefits that players already have, landowners will also be unlocked to creation tools, which means that they are able to create their own assets and monetize them. Details:

• Experience products and services in Horizon Land.

• Unlocked to the development tools where they can find tools to develop new assets and sell them on marketplace; or create new gameplays and get distribution revenue generated.

• Merge small pieces of land into a big one to have more space for decorations, upgrade land to have more chances to earn rewards/tokens.

• Rent out their land, earn periodic interests.

• Trade NFT assets, and lands in the marketplace, or on exchanges.

• Join staking, farming, lending, … to earn rewards.

• Have the governance right to vote for important updates in the metaverse.
